GoScan provides both secure transmission and encryption of image files from the remote site to the central server. Secure transmission and encryption ensure compliance with rules and regulations and provides worry free operation for users and IT departments.

Secure Transmission

GoScan offers secure transmission via SFTP and FTPS protocols. This is very simple to setup. Just enter some basic information and hit test.

Encryption

Documents are automatically encrypted at the desktop and sent to the GoScan server software inside the secure firewall where they are instantly decrypted.

“Double” Security

Turn on encryption and transfer via secure FTP and presto, “double” security. You get encrypted data flowing through a secure pipe.
